Makeda’s career is built on a strong foundation of helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential. Her expertise spans multiple industries, making her uniquely equipped to guide clients through challenges and toward meaningful success. She has a proven track record of coaching leaders to reach new heights in their careers and personal lives, as well as collaborating with organizations to implement strategies that improve team performance and achieve measurable outcomes.

As a Director, Educator, and Life Coach, Makeda has dedicated her career to fostering growth and creating environments where individuals and teams can thrive. She is also the creator and host of the Black Educated Tea Podcast, a platform where she shares valuable insights on personal development, leadership, and life transformation.

In addition to her coaching and consulting work, Makeda is the Nonprofit Owner of Our Kids Our Future, an initiative aimed at providing educational resources and support for underserved youth.
